I just finished watching this movie and it was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the camera work, Wesley Snipes did an awesome job. Watch the movie and you'll see what I am talking about.Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't matter where the movie was shot. And what does his legal problems have to do with any movie? Plot twists and tweaks were common, and I thought the script was well written.Pay particular attention to the wardrobes, not terribly overstated, yet very believable. If you've ready anything about the actual "Art Of War" by Sun Tzu, you'll see a lot <more>
of it in this movie. It was actually written in the 6th Century BC ,consisted of 13 chapters and was a military treatise. Yet a great deal of it applies even today.

Someone reviewed with 'Wesley Snipes Means No Budget These Days...', which might even be the case , but the Art of War II really means business.
