A horror gem (by johnsherman) |
I never leave reviews rarely, but I thought this movie deserved a great review. I am a huge fan of horror movies, and lately it's hard to find a good one. I'm not one for horror movies with blood and guts and endless, pointless killing. I love psychological horror movies, like this one! If 2019 continues to release movies like this one , it's going to be a stellar year for the horror genre : |
Omg i am not a horror fan but loved it (by elanad_b) |
I dont care about the haters but this film had everything. I loved the depth of characters and their relationship, the sound effects, and the refreshing side of Irish genre |

Irish Horror at it Best (by btec-59838) |
The Hole in the Ground directed by Lee Cronin is a frighteningly spooky movie that will play on your mind, Sarah O'Neill Seána Kerslake is retreating from a broken relationship to a county home to start a fresh life with her son Chris James Quinn Markey , after an argument with his Mother Chris runs off into the eerie forest, shortly after things start taking a turn for the worse & Chris starts behaving very differently, after a chilling encounter so chilling that it's enough to freeze your blood with Noreen Brady Kati Outinen and her words of "Its Not Your Boy" <more> |
Pretty good (by sammybuzz-45443) |
Watch this with no expectations at all and you'll find that it's quite good for a low budgeted film. It's not a waste of time. |
Good indie film (by amymichaels-87069) |
Enjoyed this film. The soundtrack is very strong and really makes you sit forward in your seat. The acting is good and some of the camera work is really well done. The storyline is a little ropey but it's a strong indie film. Some frights but not really a horror horror if that's what you are looking for. |
Slow but good (by chameleonaram) |
So emotional and so beautifully made. I really loved every second of it. It makes you wonder... The music was very well chosen as are the actors. You can see, almost feel what effort was made to make this movie. Hope to see more like this in the future. |
Amazing job (by jivond) |
I don't usually leave reviews but I felt I had to, as a photographer and cinematographer, I wanted to applaud everyone for this film. Several of the scenes and the way they were framed left me breathless, along with the acting... I had no choice but to leave 8 stars, thank you! |
Very entertaining! (by ravenhair702) |
My wife and I rented this off my Play station 4 for our usual horror movie night and Play station gave it a 4 out of 5 stars and the preview looked really good. We agreed and watched it. I found the movie compelling and entertaining. The acting was very good and it kept us on wondering what was going to happen next. It left us with the usual horror movie ending, you know...is it really over. Did it leave room foe a sequel. It was worth the 6.99 to rent and we both enjoyed it. I recommend it to anyone reading this review. Night all. |
