| How To Plan An Orgy in A Small Town is hilarious. I saw this film in a theater in Toronto and the whole theater rocked with laughter. The cast was great and I once again marveled that Jeremy LaLonde can take a large group of talented actors and have them mesh so well. The movie tells the story of small town hypocritical prudishness but with humor. This is an adult film but it does not show too much or become vulgar. The movie is risqué and very funny. | A trauma of adolescence, combined with a cold parental reaction, help shape the main character Cassie in a story about shaking the past and being fearless within reason about the future.If you had told me that I would like a movie that has at its core the theme of "_____-shaming" I would have laughed that off. Or a movie in which the usual character arc might befall a "homophobic" supporting character. | So the title grabbed my attention of course but I was not expecting this film to be as hilarious as it is. Keep in mind it's definitely not for everyone but you if you enjoy extremely awkward situational humor & witty dialogue watch this!! |

| I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, it was very cleverly written and quite witty. It followed what I thought was an in depth story but that was light, funny and feel good. I thought the writing had a very unique Canadian feel to it and I loved that. This movie showcased the wonderful talent we have in Canada. Would highly recommend this movie! |

| My fella spotted the title so I switched it on. from the title I thought is was either gonna be a soft porn poor attempt at titillating housewives or complete garbage. How wrong can a girl be. from the embarrassment of late teens through some clever humour demonstrating the innocence presumptions of people who come to recognise their own shortcomings. The displacement of emotional issues combined with some heartless attempts at realising some very real desires. Mingled together this film allows a couple of hours of pleasant viewing and well worth a watch. |
