Ghafoor pretends to be a psychiatric patient while Raja takes on the name Raj Kumar and befriends her, telling her he has just returned from the US. However, Ghafoor cautions Raja not to hurry and be patient in matters of love. The trouble begins when Bunnu, the son of a wealthy businessman, is sent to Neha for treatment. The group race toward Goa in Contractor's stolen car, little knowing that their plans will soon be foiled, albeit hilariously, by Police Inspector Kabir Nayak, who is angered at this Department for not appreciating his honesty, and is instead penalizing him by transferring him to Yavatmal; a bus hijacker-cum-bandit named Baabubhai, who holds Deshbandhu hostage, and Nari Contractor, who wants the money to repair his now completely damaged car. All want an equal part of the bounty, and each and everyone of them will do anything, even break-up their friendship, rules, laws, and regulations in order to try and keep the cash for themselves, and eventually end up in a race, using a wide assortment of vehicles, and even an airplane, with the winner(s) keeping the entire amount for themselves.

Pankaj even re-names himself Jai, her fianc�e, not for long though as she soon finds out that the truth after she meets with Sophie, the woman her brother was supposed to marry, and decides to complain to the Police. Before the Police could arrest the hapless foursome, they are abducted by a gangster named Zikomo, who wants them to return his, of all things, drum (dhol). Watch how the foursome attempt to hilariously wiggle out of this tough spot even as the Police, Martand's uncle and other goons close in on them.

He dupes another man by the name of Pappu into parting with 50 Lakhs, and the rest of the money comes through by getting Shyam and Babu to sign away their respective investments. After 21 days when the trio go to collect their doubled wealth, they find that Anuradha and her company have disappeared. Devastated, they move out of their bungalow and are now living in a shanty room in a Chawl when they get a visit from Pappu, who wants his money back, as he owes this money to Tiwari, an underworld Don. The trio decide to meet with Tiwari and plead with him, but all in vain, then they decide to stage a robbery, however, that does not go well either. It is then they find out that a rich Parsi man owns an antique gun collection that is worth more than their loss. They plan to steal these guns, and make a deal with Tiwari, however, once again Murphy's Law prevails and the hapless trio find themselves on the run from a multitude of gangsters and killers - including a man who can bite through steel and a faceless 8 foot monster - who will not stop at anything to get their hands on the guns.
